at the bimmer dealer to prep the bim for next week's Arizona road
trip. still hoping to make it to the office not too late. overall
check-in and paperwork 15 mins tops. just one product push, not to
much pressure. my service rep was out today, but Paolo was pretty cool.

decided not to take the free car for the day offer at the dealer and
instead get chauffeured around in a 5-series to the office, nice.
driver even opened the door for me, very good service.
