swim, 112 bike ride and a marathon 26.2 miles. you're an ironman
forever!
one of my ultimate life dreams, finish the ironman championship in
kona, Hawaii. one of this days, just watch and see...
another one is to run the Boston Marathon (oldest in the world, more
prestigous than the Olympic marathon)
