hell's kitchen.

contrary to the title, it's an awesome day in LA. with the City Hall
gazing down from the background a tv crew is currently shooting an
episode of hell's kitchen at the LA County Mall. Chef Ramsey was just
hanging out at the wings while the competing chefs did thier thing.

there were 5 white lunch trucks (you can see them just below the
trees). sorry, the crew was making sure no one was taking any
pictures... they served around 50 downtown workers, volunteer judges...

nigerian, ethiopian, lebanese-armenian, iranian-armenian, cambodian, chinese, mexican and filipino - all american citizens! Go USA! woooohooo!.... my very culturally diverse group whom i depend upon daily in keeping 500+ employees' technical needs running tip-toply secure and leading edge condition.

cultural custom conversations (in different accents) are always a learning experience. we are so different in cultures but very much alike as human beings
