applied to it. try doing simple things with no thumbs like your shoe
laces or even putting on pants, not fun.
it got injured a month ago during the black belt test training and was
doing well on it's way to full recovery until i caught the full force
of a kick with the injured part. I was trying to block the kick to
setup a counter attack but the pain took over. sparring for that
night was done for me....thank you very much.
