I've been going to the office Starbucks for years now. all the other baristas know me by name and the usual drink I order, but someway or another this just recorded in his brain that I am Kurtis. Everytime he ask me my name, while the others don't even ask cuz they know me. I would answer... Ernest. and still he hears Kurtis???! Do look like a Kurtis?

at the Diamond Bar Car Wash getting Black-H a wash & wax service. One of the reasons i like Diamond Bar is the convenience of services available. I already got Blackie smogged, dropped by Triple-A to renew the registration and now the wash and wax, no appointments.... all within 2 hours. Now I still have the whole day for the important stuff..... Friday Fam Time!

...waiting for my Service Rep - Paolo, someway or another I managed to short out the lock actuators on the bim. none of the locks work, can't open any of the doors except for the driver door with the key. gas tank door is also locked, good think I have enough gas... so I asked if there are any manual release for the doors... answer: No. the gas? yes, inside the trunk...

this is the 2nd time since I bought the bim a little over a year ago that the locks have failed... while I'm here... I'll see if I can get the door dings fixed...

paperwork done? ready to go? preliminary door ding repair estimate $130... ok then, where's the 5-series shuttle, I need to get to the office....

foothill transit trying out a new tour bus style for the express
lines. exactly a tour bus minus the tvs. pretty comfy and plush seats
but only one exit door at the front, might be an issue with every one
trying to get out. standing only room will also be an issue. engine
feels stronger and solid compared to the old buses. at least we won't
be crawling up the via verde hill... overall I like it.
